Weight loss own experience


What eating is  matter   -  what body system doing is  very important


My age         - 38 years.
Weight         - 197 lbs evening   and 195 in mornings.
current BMI    -  30.1 ( FALLING into Obsess).
Target BMI     -  24.9/25


If the same weight continues -  soon in another year I may fall into generation loving diseases :

1)  Bloop Pressure.
2)  Diabetis.
3)  Joint pains or Arthritis.
4)  Kidney problems.
5)  Fatty liver problems.
6)  Don't know - what I come to know as per seeing life of my 
    colleague.


OVER WEIGHT IS THE ONLY CAUSE FOR ALL HEALTH ISSUES/DISEASES. 

 So,  let me set my goal starting today - 05/14/2018.

So far my life style of having food habits as below (I can say that I addicted for items I can't point my wife is the reason for my weight increasing as her cooking is awesome on different varieties).


1st goal -  5 lbs :
